A pre-inspection briefing was held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, and the following facility was inspected on Thursday, May 15, 2025: FACILITY NAME BSCC # FACILITY TYPE Antioch Police Department 0530 THJ This inspection was conducted pursuant to Penal Code Section 6031 to determine compliance with the Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities as outlined in Titles 15 and 24, California Code of Regulations. In addition to the inspection(s) by the BSCC, inspections are also required annually by the County Health Officer and biennially by the State Fire Marshal or an authorized representative (Health and Safety Code Sections 101045 and 13146.1). The results of those inspections are considered a part of this report. As of the date of the BSCC inspection, there had not been a County Health Inspection completed in over two years. The facility staff was instructed to contact the County Health Department to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Code. INSPECTION RESULTS We identified no items of noncompliance with Title 15 or Title 24 Minimum Standards.
