Section Description (b) There shall be no more than a 60-minute lapse between safety checks § 1027.5 Safety Checks BSCC staff reviewed January, March, and July 2023 documented safety checks. Documentation showed several checks were missed or over the 60-minute requirement. (f) A documented process by which safety checks are reviewed at regular defined intervals by a supervisor or facility manager, including methods of mitigating patterns of inconsistent documentation, or untimely § 1027.5 Safety Checks completion of, safety checks. Currently, there is no supervisor documented review of safety checks in policy or being conducted. Fire Suppression Preplanning The agency was unable to provide documentation of a State Fire Marshal or local fire authority inspection of the temporary holding facility conducted in the last two years. Items of non- compliance were identified, and possible corrective actions discussed. Additional Information The facility was clean and appeared well maintained.
