INSPECTION RESULTS We identified the following items of noncompliance with Title 24 Minimum Standards: Title 24 Section, 1231.2.9 Dayrooms: BSCC staff determined there was an insufficient number of tables for incarcerated individuals to carry on indoor activities, such as reading or writing. Refer to the Physical Plant Evaluation and Living Area Space Evaluation attachments for information related to Rated Capacity and Title 24 compliance. CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN (CAP) An Exit Briefing with your staff was held on Monday, July 8, 2024; BSCC staff presented an inspection overview and discussed technical assistance and best practice recommendations.
