Fire Suppression Preplanning determined non-compliance due to the lack of monthly fire inspections conducted within the facility. During the review of provided documentation and on-site inspection, BSCC staff determined non- compliance due to inmates not being provided the § 1065. Exercise and Recreation minimum requirement of seven (7) hours of recreation time spread out over a seven day period. Technical Assistance Provided Additional Information A draft template for monthly fire inspections was provided and reviewed. Monthly inspections will commence Oct 1.
