Section Description At a minimum, all supervisors of, and personnel who supervise incarcerated persons in, a Court Holding or Temporary Holding facility shall complete eight hours § 1024. Court Holding and Temporary of specialized corrections training. Holding Facility Training Agency-wide: The Court Services Manual does not include policy requiring training for de-escalation, juvenile procedures, racial bias, and mental illness. A total of eight hours of refresher training shall be completed every two years. § 1024.
