Pogue, Sheriff Madera County Sheriff’s Office 2725 Falcon Drive Madera, CA 93637 2025-2026 COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION, PENAL CODE SECTION 6031, WELFARE & INSTITUTIONS CODE SECTION 209, MADERA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE DETENTION FACILITY Dear Sheriff Pogue: An unannounced inspection of the Madera County Sheriff’s Office was conducted on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. FACILITY NAME BSCC # FACILITY TYPE Madera County Jail 2985 II This inspection was conducted pursuant to Penal Code Section 6031 to determine compliance with the Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities as outlined in Titles 15 and 24, California Code of Regulations.
