YES DATE CAP DUE TO BSCC: 9/15/2023 Current Items of Noncompliance: Title 15. Section Description After completing the documentation review, BSCC staff determined the agency is noncompliant with consistently completing safety checks with the § 1027.5 Safety Checks observations conducted at least twice every 30 minutes, with no more than a 15-minute lapse between safety checks for safety cells. After completing the documentation review, BSCC staff determined the agency is noncompliant with § 1055. Use of Safety Cell consistently completing safety checks with the 15- minute requirement of this regulation. The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due § 1065. Exercise and Out of Cell Time to not having an updated policy and means to document and track out of cell time. The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due § 1045. The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due to not having an updated policy that identifies the § 1058. Use of Restraint Devices restraint chair manufacturer’s recommended limitations. Title 24. Section Description On the day of inspection, housing areas in Buildings 1 1231.2.8 Dormitories and 2 had multi-occupancy cells and dormitories that were above their rated capacities.
