The inspection was conducted to determine compliance with the applicable Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities as outlined in the 2020 Title 24, California Code of Regulations Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities. This was the final inspection prior to populating the facility. There were no items of noncompliance. All fixtures and security caulking around bunks were completed. We would like to acknowledge the efforts of everyone with whom we have interacted during the entire planning and construction process. The result is the culmination of their efforts in successfully constructing a facility that will serve the needs of your community for many years. This concludes the pre-opening inspection report.
