Title 15. Section Description
(f) The agency is noncompliant with this regulation
due to supervisors not documenting their review of
safety checks.
§ 1027.5 Safety Checks
“Supervisor Log Review” added to the Jail
Management System pending staff training prior to
implementation.
(e) The agency is noncompliant with this regulation
due to staff not documenting ongoing reviews and
evaluations for continued placement in administrative
separation housing.
§ 1053. Administrative Separation
Agency added ability to log reviews in their Jail
Management System pending staff training and
implementation.
The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due
to a lack of detail in the sobering cell placement
documentation explaining the individual was a threat
to their safety or the safety of others due to their state
of intoxication.
§ 1056. Use of Sobering Cell
The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due
staff failing to document that a person is no longer a
risk to themselves or others when removing them
from a sobering cell.

six-hour evaluation/continued retention in the
sobering cell.

to not having panty liners available on the day of
inspection.
§ 1265. Issue of Personal Care Items
*On the day of inspection, agency staff purchased
panty liners and is now in compliance with this
regulation.

BSCC staff provided technical assistance and best practices for each area of noncompliance.
