Section Description During the onsite inspection of the North Justice, Harbor Justice and Lamoreaux Justice Centers, courthouse staff could not provide two years of monthly fire extinguisher checks. There is building staff responsible for those checks; however, the logs § 1032. Fire Suppression Preplanning could not be produced for BSCC inspection. Immediately following the inspection, the court staff initiated a monthly fire extinguisher log designated for the detention area. They will retain the records per this regulation.
