Therefore, the agency is noncompliant with this regulation. 1231.2.7 Double-occupancy cells On the date of inspection, Modules I and K had sectors that were over their rated capacity. On the day of inspection, Barracks A-D, F east and 1231.2.8 Dormitories west, G east and west, and H east and west were populated over their rated capacity. On the day of inspection, Barracks F east and west, G east and west, and H east and west were 1231.3.1 Toilets/urinals populated over their rated capacity and do not have sufficient amount of toilets to accommodate. On the day of inspection, Barracks F, G, & H were 1231.2.9 Dayrooms populated over their rated capacity and did not have a sufficient amount of tables/seats to accommodate.
