Fire and Life Safety Staff Policy addressing §1028 is required. § 1030. Suicide Prevention Program Policy addressing §1030 is required. Policy to address: • (a) Fire suppression pre-plan deveopled with the local fire department to included as part of the policy and procedures manual (Title 15, California Code of Regulations Section 1029) • (b) monthly fire prevention inspections by § 1032. Fire Suppression Preplanning facility staff with two-year retention of the inspection record. • (c) fire prevention inspections as required by Health and Safety Code Section 13146(a) and (b) which requires inspections at least once every two years.
