Section Description The facility shall have a comprehensive written suicide prevention program developed by the facility administrator or designee, in conjunction with the health authority and mental health director, to identify, monitor, and provide treatment to those incarcerated persons who present a suicide risk. § 1030. Suicide Prevention Program The program shall include the following: (a) Annual suicide prevention training for all custodial personnel. BSCC determined noncompliance based on the lack of annual suicide prevention training. Technical Assistance Provided BSCC staff provide guidance as to how to decommission existing holding cells Additional Information Initial Exit Briefing was conducted on Sep 11, 2024, at the conclusion of the onsite inspection.
