The 2025-2026 Comprehensive Inspection of the Sutter County Sheriff's Office has been
completed. A pre-inspection briefing was held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, and the
following facility was inspected between Wednesday, September 24, 2025:

This inspection was conducted pursuant to Penal Code Section 6031 to determine
compliance with the Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities as outlined in Titles
15 and 24, California Code of Regulations.
In addition to inspection(s) by the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC),
inspections are also required annually by the County Health Officer and biennially by the
State Fire Marshal or an authorized representative (Health and Safety Code Sections
101045 and 13146.1). The results of those inspections are considered a part of this report.
Once you receive copies of these inspections, please forward them to the BSCC.
