Section Description The Adult Pre-Trial Facility produced 30 safety cell placement reports/logs from the past year. BSCC staff reviewed the reports and determined the facility not § 1055. Use of Safety Cell compliant due to missing information on the logs. The Adult Pre-Trial Facility was not able to produce reports/logs for placements into sobering cells due to a computer error. BSCC staff determined the facility § 1056. Use of Sobering Cell not compliant with the regulation. BSCC staff determined all the facilities not compliant with this regulation due to lack of specifics in the documentation of exercise and out of cell time for § 1065.
