DAMBACHER DETENTION CENTER 5958 II This inspection was conducted pursuant to Penal Code Section 6031 to determine compliance with the Minimum Standards for Local Detention Facilities as outlined in Titles 15 and 24, California Code of Regulations. INSPECTION RESULTS We identified no items of noncompliance with Title 15 Minimum Standards. Refer to the attached Procedures Checklist for detailed information. No items of noncompliance were identified with Title 24Minimum Standards. An out brief with you and your staff was held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024; BSCC staff presented an inspection overview and discussed technical assistance and best practice recommendations. In safety cells, floors, doors, walls and everything on them are padded. All padded cells are equipped with a tamper resistant fire sprinkler approved by the SFM.
