YES DATE CAP DUE TO BSCC: 6/21/2023 Current Items of Noncompliance Title 15. Section Description The current schedule for one housing unit does not § 1065. Exercise and Out of Cell Time meet the minimum requirement of 10 hours per week. Title 24. Section Description None Technical Assistance Provided To ensure that monthly fire life and safety inspections are completed internally, the agency is encouraged to implement a redundant inspection system to include a supervisory review process. BSCC staff will review a second sampling of monthly fire life and safety inspections for the months of June 2023- June 2024. To comply with the number of required hours for out of cell time, the agency is encouraged to look at all fixed post assignments, number of personnel, and the configuration of the physical plant to develop a schedule that will allow for a safe and feisable approach that will allow for the appropriate number of out of cell hours that are required. Additional Information The agency may consider requesting assistance from the National Institute of Corrections to examine their current classification and staffing plans.
