INSPECTION RESULTS The focus of the Unannounced Inspection was to evaluate four (4) Title 15 regulations. To ensure compliance with Title 15, we reviewed documentation for the following regulations: • 1328 Safety Checks • 1354.5 Room Confinement • 1360 Searches • 1361 Grievance Procedure We identified no items of noncompliance with Title 15 Minimum Standards.
