Section Description The agency does not have adequate staff available on the graveyard shift. At least one staff member must be present on the living unit when youth are present as required by § 1321. Staffing. 1321(e). The facility policies and procedures are not in alignment with the procedures implemented by WellPath Medical and Mental Health for the supervision of youth on suicide watch.
