The facility initiated corrective action on October 6, § 1355. Institutional Assessment and Plan. 2023, with a training memo. On October 10, 2023, the facility completed new, current, and compliant reviews for all youth and will provide additional training for all staff to ensure ongoing consistency moving forward. Use of Force Incident report debriefs lack information specific to training and mitigating the effects of trauma which may have been experienced by staff and or § 1357. Use of Force. youth involved.
