Section Description (a) Building Inspection- The facility last building § 1313. County Inspection and Evaluation of inspection was completed over a year ago. (e) Court Building and Grounds. Inspection- The facility last Court inspection was completed over a year ago. (d) Initial responses to grievances not completed within (3) business days. (g) Resolution of the § 1361. Grievance Procedure. grievance not completed within ten (10) business days. (e) Youth placed on Suicide Prevention Protocol § 1360. Searches. (SPP) are being strip searched after being placed in a suicide gown. (e)(1)(B) Youth placed on suicide watch (SPP) are § 1329. Suicide Prevention Plan. subjected to a strip search. (a) The facility doesn’t have sufficient personal to § 1321. Staffing. carry out the overall facility operation and its programming. (2) Due to the shortage of staff youth are often required to eat meals in their rooms. Also, after 6pm § 1354.5.
