INSPECTION RESULTS The focus of the Unannounced Inspection was to evaluate four (4) random Title 15 regulations. To ensure compliance with Title 15, we reviewed documentation for the following Title 15 regulations: • 1329 Suicide Prevention Plan • 1354 Separation • 1355 Institutional Assessment and Plan • 1361 Grievance Procedure We identified no items of noncompliance with Title 15 Minimum Standards.
