Dear Sheriff Youngblood:
On June 29, 2021, the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) staff received your
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) addressing the one noncompliant issue from your agency's Biennial
Inspection conducted on June 3, 2021.
Per the Enhanced Inspection Process (EIP), BSCC staff will be conducting a follow-up inspection
within sixty days (on or before August 29, 2021) of the receipt of your CAP to verify compliance and
the steps your agency has taken to correct the issues.
