Seating is designed to the level of security. When bench

Note: 12’ Bench.
The bathroom fixtures are porcelain; there is a viewing window into the court to allow ongoing supervision by the bailiff. There is a
modesty wall to prevent direct viewing of the toilet area. The cell is rarely used and then only for using the toilet. Inmates are escorted
directly from the jail next door.
We were advised that the court holding cell was constructed when the Robert A. Barclay Justice Center building was refurbished in 1993.
This facility had not been identified or inspected until the 2008 –2010 cycle. The planning for the court refurbishing began in 1988.
