Dear Sheriff Dowdy,
On May 14, 2021, the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) staff received your
Corrective Action Plan (CAP) addressing the three noncompliant issues from your agency's Biennial
Inspection conducted on April 8, 2021.
Per the Enhanced Inspection Process (EIP), BSCC staff will be conducting a follow-up inspection
within sixty days (on or before July 14, 2021) of the receipt of your CAP to verify compliance and
the steps your agency has taken to correct the issues.
