YES DATE CAP DUE TO BSCC: 5/15/2021 Current Items of Noncompliance Title 15. Section Description During the onsite inspection, Undersheriff Withrow informed BSCC staff their agency has hired one female correctional officer and has one in the hiring process. Even with both people being hired, the agency still does not have sufficient female staffing § 1027. Number of Personnel assigned to all shifts. The agency is noncompliant with this regulation due to not having enough female staff to cover all jail shifts adequately. BSCC staff reviewed a sampling of twenty-two sobering cell placement reports and logs to determine compliance with this regulation. During the review, § 1056. Use of Sobering Cell BSCC staff determined the agency is noncompliant with not routinely completing safety checks within the required time-lapse of this regulation. BSCC staff determined the agency is noncompliant § 1280.
