Section Description None Identified Technical Assistance Provided During this inspection it was discovered that the County Health Authority had recently retired and had completed the annual Medical/Mental Health and Environment Health inspections just prior to departing the position. Unfortunately, the Doctor did not complete the entire inspection and was unwilling to aid, coordinate or provide guidance with the facility health and medical policies. Once a new County Health Authority is selected, it is recommended to the Sheriff or designee to request an immediate review of medical policies. Other options include a contracted physician or medical provider. Additional Information Facility was clean and well maintained. COVID-19 precautions were in place.
