This instruction can include both sex trafficking and labor trafficking. The assessment in this column focuses on whether instructional materials contained information about sex trafficking because that is the content the Legislature asked us to report about. Therefore, the results in this column do not correspond to our overall assessment of compliance with CHYA, wherein we sometimes found that instructional materials focused on sex trafficking and did not address labor trafficking.
