CALAVERAS LAFCO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing regarding an updated Municipal Service Review and Sphere of Influence for the Union Public Utility District. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated item in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
