NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Local Agency Formation Commission will hold public hearings on the following: 1. Consideration of a Sphere of Influence for the Lake County Watershed Protection District 2. Final 2016-2017 LAFCO Budget to make a final determination thereon by the Commission. Any person may be heard regarding the increase, decrease, or omission of any item from the budget or for the inclusion of additional items. LAFCO is charged with applying the policies and provisions of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act to its determinations regarding Service Reviews and Spheres of Influence. LAFCO is required to conduct Spheres of Influence consistent with policies and procedures of Lake LAFCO and with the policy directives of the act. The final budget and Sphere of Influence documents will be available for review on or after May 10, 2016 at the LAFCO webpage located at www.lakelafco.org . This public hearing will be held at City of Clearlake Council Chambers at 14050 Olympic Drive Clearlake, California on the 18th day of May 2016 at 9:30 A.M., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated item in court, you may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake Local Agency Formation Commission c/o John Benoit P.O.
