Plumas Local Agency Formation Commission 5050 Laguna Blvd #112-711 Elk Grove, CA 95758 Plumaslafco.org 530-283-7069 Public Notice It has come to Plumas LAFCo’s attention that the public notices for three public hearings to be conducted on Monday October 21, 2024 at 10 a.m. during LAFCo’s regular meeting inadvertently had the incorrect time as 1 p.m. The three public hearings were covering the following: • Adoption of the Municipal Service Review on Chester Public Utility District (CPUD) fire services and Peninsula Fire Protection District (PFPD) and Sphere of Influence Update Plan Determinations and Update to the Sphere of Influence for CPUD and PFPD. • Adoption of the Sphere of Influence Update Plan Determinations and Update to the Sphere of Influence for Beckwourth Peak Fire Protection District (BPFPD). • Adoption of the Municipal Service Review on Grizzly Lake Community Services District (GLCSD) and Sphere of Influence Update for GLCSD. In the interest of ensuring that the public has sufficient ability to take part in the public hearings and submit public comment on each of these items, Plumas LAFCo will be reconducting the public hearings at future properly noticed meetings.
