Executive Officer After due consideration within the limited time provided, the Commission is unable to submit a recommendation regarding the "Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1968". Recognizing that no one plan, no matter how carefully conceived, could qualify as the "ideal", this body on its own initiative and in keeping with its statutory obliga- tion as a permanent, bi-partisan board of review of the organization and economical operation of the executive branch, intends to continue the study of over-all execu- tive organizational structure and performance during the coming years. Any findings and recommendations to main- tain the effectiveness of the executive operations will be submitted to the Legislature and Governor at appro- priate times for your consideration.
