August 26, 2025 Nick Ikonomakis, Vice President of Development Dominion Voting Systems Inc. 1201 18th Street, Suite 210 Denver, Colorado 80202 Dear Mr. Ikonomakis, On Monday June 23, 2025, the California Secretary of State Office of Voting Systems Technology Assessment (OVSTA) received requests for administrative approval for thirteen (13) modifications to the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.19 voting system pursuant to California Elections Code section 19216. All other conditions of the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.19 certification, dated March 18, 2025, remain in effect.
