CCR section 20159 provides that any change or modification to a certified electronic poll book system must be examined for conformance by the Secretary of State. The KNOWiNK administrative approval request contained one (1) modification. The modification is as follows: T e Descri tion New Feature Include iOS 15.6.1 Secretary of State staff performed regression testing on the modified KNOWiNK Poll Pad system from September 7-8, 2022. Zero discrepancies were identified during testing. i ln addition, you submitted the following document from Pro V&V, an Election Assistance Commission certified Voting System Testing Laboratory: • Certification Test Report for Examination of Electronic Poll Book (ePol!Book) KNOWiNK, LLC -Pol!Pad 3.0.1 (iOS 15.6.1) to State of California Requirements Based on the application, testing conducted by Secretary of State staff, and additional supporting documentation from Pro V&V, this administrative approval is granted. All other conditions of the KNOWiNK Poll Pad 3.0. l approval, dated May 4, 2022, remain in effect.
