Lindbergh St. Louis, Missouri 63141 Dear Mr. Milleville: On Monday, April 6, 2026, the California Secretary of State Office of Voting Systems Technology Assessment received a request for administrative approval, pursuant to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 2, Chapter 3.6, section 20159, to apply modifications to the certified KNOWiNK Poll Pad 3.4.8 electronic poll book system. CCR section 20159 provides that any change or modification to a certified electronic poll book system must be examnied for conformance by the Secretary of State. The KNOWiNK administrative approval request contained four modifications. The modifications are as follows: Type Description Update Include iOS 18.7.7 Update Include iOS 26.3.1 Update Include iOS 26.3.1(a) Update Include iOS 26.4 Update Include iOS 26.4.1 Secretary of State staff performed regression testing on the modified KNOWiNK Poll Pad system. Zero discrepancies were identified during testing.
