Laurel Street Tampa, Florida 33607 Dear Ms. Raja: On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, the California Secretary of State Office of Voting Systems Technology Assessment received a request for administrative approval, pursuant to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 2, Division 7, Chapter 3.6, section 20159, to apply modifications to the certified Tenex Precinct Central v6.1.2 electronic poll book system. CCR Title 2, Division 7, Chapter 3.6, section 20159 provides that any change or modification to a certified electronic poll book system must be examined for conformance by the Secretary of State. The Tenex administrative approval request contained two (2) modifications. The modifications are as follows: Type Description Update Include iOS 18.5 Update iPad 11th Gen (A16) (WiFi) California Secretary of State staff performed regression testing on the modified Tenex Precinct Central system on July 22, 2025. Zero discrepancies were identified during testing. In addition, you submitted the following document from Pro V&V, an Election Assistance Commission certified Voting System Testing Laboratory: • Engineer Change Notice (ECN) / Engineering Change Order (ECO) Analysis Form Adding an iPad Gen 11, (A16), to the Tenex Software Solutions Precinct Central 6.1.2 System Based on the application, testing conducted by the Secretary of State staff, and additional supporting documentation from Pro V&V, this administrative approval is granted. Please note that approval is limited solely to the specific make, model, and/or version numbers identified above.
